We stand behind every product we make, and no matter the problem or concern, you can trust that the Andersen Hitches team will work with you to make it right. Most claims are processed within 1 business day, so you can get back on the road quickly and with confidence.

    Please note that while our warranty covers eligible repairs or replacements, customers are responsible for shipping, removal, or installation costs. Keeping your proof of purchase and performing regular maintenance will help protect your warranty and ensure a smooth claims process.

    1. Confirm your product is registered

    2. Submit your claim by emailing support@anderseninc.com. Provide proof of purchase, pictures of any damage to the product or property (if applicable), and a brief description of what happened.

    3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 10 business days.

    4. If approved, Andersen Hitches will repair or replace the product at no cost (shipping, removal, and installation are the customer’s responsibility).

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Certain components like cables and locking pins may have 1-year coverage. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic fading, misuse, accidents, or non-Andersen parts.

  • Your warranty is only valid for products purchased from Andersen Hitches or an authorized dealer. Verify your dealer at https://andersenhitches.com/store-locator/. Products from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

  • Yes. Register your product online within 90 days of purchase to activate your warranty. Past purchases must be registered by December 31, 2026. Always keep proof of purchase as you will need it if you file a claim.

  • Yes. Regular maintenance and proper use of the product and towing system are required. Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect is not covered.

  • No. Andersen Hitches is not responsible for damages to trailers, vehicles, or non-Andersen products used with our products.

  • No. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Any unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty. Only repairs approved in writing by Andersen Hitches are covered.

  • No. Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature is not covered under this warranty.

  • This warranty is exclusive. Andersen Hitches is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use of vehicles, trailers, labor, towing, storage fees, or personal property damage. The sole remedy is repair or replacement of the product.
