We stand behind all of our products, so no matter the problem or concern, trust that the Andersen Hitches team will make it right. Select your product from the pictures below and file your warranty claim today. Most claims are processed within 1 business day.
✖︎ WARNING: IF YOU PURCHASED AN ANDERSEN PRODUCT FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED DEALER, YOUR ANDERSEN WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID.
IMPORTANT: For all warranty issues, do not return your product to the dealer because all warranties and returns can be handled directly by Andersen Manufacturing.

If the product you need warrantied is not in the above list, please submit a claim by following the instructions below.
To begin processing your warranty claim by sending an email to CustomerService@AndersenInc.com containing the following:
A copy of your purchase receipt from the vendor showing you as the original purchaser, the product that was purchased, and the date of purchase.
Your contact information including name, address, email, phone number, etc.
Picture(s) of any damage to product or property. (If applicable)
A brief description of what happened.
