Refund policy

RETURNS
Refunded products are handled on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin the return process, contact us at support@anderseninc.com

REFUNDS & RESTOCKING
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunded products will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee depending of the condition of the returned item.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@anderseninc.com.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Andersen Hitches, 3024 N Boeing St, Idaho Falls ID 83401, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

AUTHORIZED ANDERSEN DEALERS

No returns will be allowed unless authorized in advance in writing by Andersen and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Andersen. All

returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the invoice cost.
